She is practicing as fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and also got her PhD from JNU in Financial Management. She has around 19 years of valuable experience in various areas like Development of Costing System, Project Financing, Working Capital Management and Budgetary controls. She has worked as Finance Manager (IDHS, North-West Delhi, Health Ministry) and has also served as Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor of various companies and Statutory bodies. She had been appointed as an Independent Director in Vikas Ecotech Limited.Expertise in conceptualiing & implementing financial procedures,building internal financial controls,maintenance & Finalization of accounts and Audits.

CFA Rudra Dev (B.Com(H), CFA,MBA,FCA)

He is Finance and Management with strong usiness and commercial orientation having more than 10 years of domestic and international experience in Industry and Consulting roles.Proficient in heading the function to accomplish corporate plans and goals successfully. He is Catalyst in areas of handling Financial Operations, Financial Planning, Budgeting Forecasting, Accounting & Management. Expertise in conceptualizing & implementing Financial procedures, building internal financial controls, maintenance & finalization of accounts and Audits. He serve on PAN India basis and deals in Foreign Trade, SEZ.

Mr. Ritesh Kumar Singh (B.Com(H), MBA (Finance), LLB, IPR Attorney)

He is a legal professional with over 11 years of experience providing legal counsel for Real Estate, Retail, Banks, Insurance, Manufacturing, IPR Case and I.T. companies. He possesses outstanding research and analytical skills to use technology for rapid and thorough research and accurate preparation of court documents. His strong qualifications in drafting legal documents, preparation of Agreements and Deeds and the ability to communicate legal advice has assisted his clients successfully. He is practicing at Delhi High Court, Allahabad High Court and all subordinate Courts.

CS Jiwan Prakash Saini (B.Com(H), FCS, Diploma in Intenal Audit)

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and Insolvency Professional having experience of more than 25 years in litigation and secretarial services. He is an expert in advisory on Corporate law, Taxation, Foreign Exchange and Insolvency Matters. Customer centricity is at the core and it is this belief that has led the business to build long-term relationships.

CA Akhil Mittal (FCA, DISA, Valuation(ICAI))
